The e-Citizen Digital Town brings to the Internet all the cities and municipalities in the Philippines.
It is a collaborative initiative shared by the local government, service organizations and town people to build the Digital Address of their city or municipality, where on-line publication, collaboration, and transaction are realized responsibly and freely by the community leaders, service providers and local citizens.
It introduces the aligned use to government of the public and business ready web applications being used by the digital natives and immigrants. This realize sustainable, cost effective, relevant and user-centric delivery of the e-services.
It includes the provision and optimal use of community e-services center, wireless Internet connections, open source licensed software to realize the e-citizenship of any local people at anywhere and anytime.
The content, e-services and activities presented inside the e-CITIZEN DIGITAL TOWN are shared and sustained directly by the community leaders, organizations, and by the e-citizen enabled people based in the local communities and in other parts of the world.

is the virtual space where people coming from the small and medium
enterprises converge to build understanding, to start collaboration, to
gain access, and to enjoy selling.
The on-line portal is free and open virtual address to spend time on small and medium enterprise guidance and initiatives. It is where you get the links to move on and improve your business.
This knowledge motivated space believes in best practice - "not to re-invent the wheel". It searches, reviews, and posts re-usable and open content in the web that are applicable to the knowledge- theme that SME may be interested in the Phlippines.
